Virginia competitive season is beginning earlier this year (2009-2010).  Gymstrada is offering an early season meet with Modified Capital Cup format with amazing awards for the All Around and medals for the Individual Events.

• Directions:
  (From I-64) Take Newtown Exit to 264.   Then take Newtown Rd (South) Exit off 264. Go right at the off-ramp light.  Go to next signal and turn left onto Princess Anne Rd.  Follow Princess Anne Rd across           the railroad tracks and turn left at the next signal on to Parliament Drive.  Gymstrada is on the left.
