GYMSTRADA welcomes you to the finest Gymnastics program in Hampton Roads. Our philosophy is student success. We strive to help beginning through advanced students reach their fullest potential. Each student is considered an individual. We encourage progress at their own rate without any unnecessary pressure. Our coaches teach with a firm, but positive hand, providing a challenging, yet noncompetitive atmosphere.

• Summer Girls and Boys Team Practice Schedules (Posted 6/17/09)
  Girls:  The Kempsville location summer schedule begins Friday June 19th, Hilltop summer schedule begins Monday June 22nd.  Boys:  Team practice schedule starts Monday June 22nd.  If there are any questions about your practice schedule please call our office at:  499-8591.
  

• Gym Closed for July 4th! (Posted 6/17/09)
  The gym will be closed Saturday July 4th, 2009.  Regular class and practice schedule resumes on Monday July 6th, 2009.
  

• PHOTOS NEEDED!!! (Posted 6/9/09)
  Please share your photos from the most recent meet season with us.  Photos sent will be displayed on the Photo Gallery page as well as on the main page.  Please email your photos to:  coachmark09@gmail.com  Please include the meet location and date, gymnast name, and level.
  

• Girl's Developmental Meet a Huge Success... (Posted 5/31/09)
  Over 40 gymnasts in our developmental program tested their strength, flexibility and skills during the Developmental Meet held today at our Kempsville location.  With parents, family and friends in the audience the gymnasts took turns showing off their skills on Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam, and Floor.  Gymnast also showed off their strength and flexibility with events such as bridge walks, rope climbs, v-ups, and spider walks.   Gymnasts took to the awards stand in a special ceremony to receive their awards for participation and performance, and give mom and dad a chance to take some great photos.
  

• Girls Compulsory Move Up Camp... (Posted 5/17/09)
  The Girls Compulsory Move Up Camp registration is underway!  The camp is designed to prepare both gymnasts and parents next season.  With skills taught be Nationally Rated Judges, ballet to enhance floor and beam routines, and a chance to for parents to meet with coaches and judges to provide a better understanding of your child's level this camp is a must.  The camp will be held at Gymstrada, Hilltop from June 22nd-26th from 9am to 3pm.  For more information or to register please contact our office!
  

• Girls Teams Rocks States... (Posted 5/11/09)
  Congratulations to all of our Girls Teams on rockin' state meets!  Just a few highlights include Level 6, Age 8 1st and 2nd Place All Around Champions Griffin James and Chloe Hulls respectively; Level 6, Age 9 1st and 2nd Place All around Champions Kaleigh Everette and Sydney Levine respectively; and a 2nd Place Level 6 Team!  More scores and highlights are coming soon.  Check out the State Scores [ here ]
