Recreation Classes
Our Recreational Classes are designed to provide gymnasts with exposure to all of the Olympic events, as well as build confidence, increase flexibility and strength, and grow friendships. A typical 1-hr class will include at 15-minute warm-up followed by 3 rotations of 15-minutes each. Events not covered in a class will typically be covered in the next class.
