Entries/Registration:

• Gym or Booster Club Checks ONLY 
• Please make all checks payable to VA Boys Gymnastics 
• Indicate Seniors on your entry form 
• 100.00 per gymnast (Level 5-10); $125.00 for all Junior Elite gymnasts 
• Registration Deadline is February 15, 2016 ​ 

Payment:

• All State Assessments Fees and State Championship Registration Fees need to be paid by a check mailed to Cindy Walker, Treasurer, VA Men’s Gymnastics. 
• Please mail the check and a copy of the registration forms to Cindy Walker, 113 Patrick Henry Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185.​

Qualifying Procedures:

Qualifying Scores

• All Boys must be pre-registered with the state and have paid the state assessment fee (see Registration Fees for payment amount)
  
• Must compete in at least one sanctioned meet in the state of Virginia
  
• Must achieve the qualifying score in at least one sanctioned meet in Virginia 
  

• Level 5 – 42.0 
• Level 6 – 42.0 
• Levels 7-10 – No Qualifying Score

Ocean Lakes High School (OLHS), which is located approximately 10 minutes from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Awards:

Individual and All-Around awards will be presented to each age group at the conclusion of each competitive session. Awards will follow the rules and policies requirements. 

Regional Entries:

Coaches be prepared to complete your regional packets and purchase regional apparel at the conclusion of each level’s state meet session. One gym or booster club check for apparel.

Coaches will be asked to show their USAG pro-member cards at sign-in. Please be sure all your dates are current: Pro membership, Safety certification and Background Check. Only professional members who are actually coaching and athletes who are competing in that session are allowed on the competition floor.
