Entries/Registration:

• Download VA State Entry Forms from www.vausag.com or click here.
  
• A separate entry form is REQUIRED for each level (8, 9, 10).  
  
• Gym or Booster Club Checks ONLY
  
• Please make all checks payable to VAUSAG
  
• Indicate IES (Individual Event Specialists) athletes and the events they will compete on your entry form. Deadline to declare IES athletes is February 15th, 2015
  
• Indicate high school seniors or graduating gymnasts on your entry form.  Senior forms are available online at www.VAUSAG.com.
  
• NOTE: Meet score sheets verifying state entry qualifying scores submitted from out-of-state meets ONLY must be included with entry and payment.

Ocean Lakes High School (OLHS), which is located approximately 10 minutes from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Equipment:

Provided by VAUSAG, All equipment will be manufactured by AAI.    

• VAULT:  AAI Vault table, Tac/10      Base Mats: 20 Centimeters, Run Way: 82’; Thickness: 1 & 3/8 inches
  
• BARS: AAI Competition Bars AAI “soft blue Rails” will be used,  Base Mats: 12 Centimeters 
  
• BEAM: AAI Competition Beam Base mats: 12 Centimeters
  
• FLOOR: AAI Spring floor  
  

*  8” mats, 4” mats, and Sting mats available at every event
*  Multiple Spring Boards available:
     -  AAI Tac/10 LZT Stratum Vault Board
      - AAI Stratum Vault Board (Gray Carpet top) 

VAULT- A hand placement mat may be placed on the runway (but not on the board) ONLY for vaults that require placing the hands on the runway in front of the board (Round-off or Front handspring entry). The hand placement mat must be manufactured by a gymnastics equipment company and cannot exceed 2 inches in height. No other type matting is allowed.

Awards:

Individual and All-Around awards will be presented to each age group at the conclusion of each competitive session.  Awards will follow the rules and policies requirements. 

Regional Entries:

Coaches be prepared to complete your regional packets/enter your regional qualifiers to each levels regional championship at the conclusion of each level’s state meet session.  USAG Club Numbers MUST BE included on all Regional meet entry forms. For the 8th year in a row VAUSAG SAC has voted to pay entry fees for all the 2015 Virginia Level 8, 9, 10 Regional qualifiers. 

Regional Apparel:

All Coaches should be prepared to purchase VA Regional Apparel for gymnasts and coaches at the conclusion of the Level 8, 9, 10 State Meet.  One gym or parents club check, made payable to VAUSAG, for all level 8, 9, & 10 apparel is acceptable and preferred.

Results will be posted online at vausag.com following the conclusion of the Level 8, 9, 10 State Meet Weekend 

Coaches will be asked to show their USAG pro-member cards at sign-in. Please be sure all your dates are current: Pro membership, Safety certification and Background Check. Only professional members who are actually coaching and athletes who are competing in that session are allowed on the competition floor.  

Safety and Consideration:

For the safety and consideration of ALL the athletes, coaches & parents should not allow an injured or sick athlete to compete.
